The 3M Connected Equipment app offers a comprehensive solution for users seeking to maximize the functionality of their connected 3M products. Designed with an intuitive interface, the application facilitates seamless interaction with compatible 3M™ PELTOR™ and 3M™ Speedglas™ devices.

Users can perform device setup and store customized pre-sets directly within the app. Reminders included in the application assist in maintaining optimal performance through scheduled maintenance alerts. Additionally, instant access to support materials, such as user manuals and troubleshooting guides, enhances the user experience.

Supported 3M™ PELTOR™ WS™ ALERT™ headsets include:

The application provides diverse functionalities tailored to specific products. For example, it enables straightforward evaluation of solar energy flow and solar power statistics, depending on the device. Users can select predefined functions via the Multi-function Button, store FM-radio station preferences, and receive reminders for hygiene-kit replacements such as foam and cushions. Audio settings—including FM-radio volume, bass-boost, side-tone volume, ambient sound, and equalizer adjustments—are easily configurable through the app.

Firmware updates are accessible via Over-The-Air (OTA) download through the application, ensuring devices remain current with the latest features and improvements.

The application also provides detailed statistics, such as hours spent in dark versus light states and the number of auto-darkening filter cycles.

Statistics can be exported effortlessly via email or clipboard for further analysis or record-keeping, making the app a valuable tool for both routine maintenance and comprehensive performance evaluation.
